Prof. Abd-ElGaffar holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from ( Cairo University – Egypt) and specialization in Otorhinolaryngology, He then obtained his Ph.D. in Otology and Balance Diseases from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University in 2000, and a professorship in 2011.
