Hisham El Rouby is the Regional Director for the Arab World at Synergos, focusing on the promotion of social entrepreneurship, youth volunteerism and employment. Under Hisham's leadership, Synergos has built the largest network of social entrepreneurs in the region and strengthened the skills and employability of over 10,000 young people.
