Khaled Abdel-Halim

H.E. Dr. Khaled Abdel Halim has been Governor of Qena since July 2024. An architect planner and local development expert, he specializes in housing policy and local governance. He has worked with UNDP and GIZ, focusing on participatory development and sustainable urban practices.
