A dual national of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland – Mr. Dominic brings over 20 years of experience in the UN system, at the country, regional, and HQ levels. 

Dominic joins the Regional Office as the Deputy Regional Director in August 2024 after serving as the Representative for UNFPA Palestine (2022-2024).
